2020 - Ongoing
Demo Websites
Problem
Menufy launched a new platform for custom built websites in March 2020. This new platform allows the company to build full primary websites for restaurant partners within a limited framework. This update required moving over 10,000 restaurants onto the new system and them all new websites, along with onboarding new restaurants.
While preparing for the move, the team identified that clients would need to be educated on the move, the differences between the old and new platform and be shown the improvements and capabilities of the new system.
Opportunity
To show clients the capabilities of the new platform, and give other teams example websites as tools when discussing the platform with clients, I built over 20 demonstration websites, with a focus on displaying all available section types, a variety of cuisine types, and a variety of restaurant concepts.
The demo websites would display:
All available section types
Multiple levels of content, from a single stock photo to a full featured website
Multiple restaurant concepts, such as food trucks, fast casual, and fine dining
Final Result
Menufy currently has over 20 demo websites that it uses for various marketing purposes, which are update as needed. They are used for general sales, marketing campaigns, and client demonstrations.
